5-night minimum for High and Low Season.
High Season (Excludes Holiday Weeks):
November 20 – April 14 : $5000 / Night
Low Season:
April 15 – November 19 : $4250 / Night
Holiday:
December 19 – January 3 : $9000 / Night
7-night minimum for Holiday bookings
Rate is exclusive of 12.5% USVI Hotel Occupancy Tax and $500 cleaning fee.

Blue Rock was designed with intricate and elegant design for adult relaxation. We kindly request bookings for guests 15+. This property features open stairwells and open balconies, making it unsuitable and unsafe for infants or young children. Parents are advised to consider this before booking.
Pets: We love animals, but to maintain a pristine environment and accommodate guests with allergies, we have a strict 'No Pets' policy. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate termination of the booking and potential fees.
Events & Gatherings: This property is for quiet enjoyment only. No unauthorized gatherings are allowed during reservations. Exceeding the maximum guest count or hosting unauthorized gatherings will result in termination of the booing and potential fees.
